By accessing or using Life Hacking Club (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who We Are

Life Hacking Club is a not-for-profit organization based in Québec, Canada, focused on distributing educational and transformational protocols through community-supported launches and AI-powered delivery.

3. Services Offered

We provide:

Access to digital content and protocolsTools for habit change and lifestyle transformationAI-assisted habit trackingAccess to coaching (when available)Early access to new protocols through Kickstarter campaigns

4. Pricing & Membership

Membership Fee: $49/month (USD) for standard accessIncludes: Access to the LHC vault, 2 active AI-assisted protocols at a timeBilling: Managed via GHL/Stripe or via KickstarterCancellations: You may cancel anytime via your account dashboardRefunds: We do not offer refunds except as required by law

5. Intellectual Property

All content, protocols, logos, and platform assets are the intellectual property of Life Hacking Club. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

By joining LHC, you agree to:

Use the platform for personal, non-commercial use onlyRespect other members and coachesNot misuse or reverse engineer our systems or contentNot impersonate others or provide false information

7. Affiliate Program (Kickbooster & LHC Internal)

Affiliates must abide by the terms of Kickbooster or LHC's internal referral structureCommissions are paid only on valid tracked salesWe reserve the right to revoke affiliate access for misconduct or abuse

8. Limitation of Liability

Life Hacking Club is not responsible for:

Personal outcomes from using our protocolsSystem downtime or content availabilityLoss of data or third-party service disruptions (e.g., Kickstarter)

We do not guarantee specific results. Use of any protocol or service is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or engaging in suspicious, abusive, or illegal activity.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Changes will be posted publicly and apply immediately. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec, Canada. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction of Québec.
